If you’re staying at the Anantara Resort, or even if you’re not, you can eat dinner at this amazing beachfront restaurant with tables over the sand.     Banyan Tree Phuket – Located just south of Layan Beach on Choeng Thalay Beach near Xana Beach Club, is this stunning resort property with villas available during low season for around 16,000 THB. Ratings are very high and guest satisfaction is top-tier. Guests loved the atmosphere (a fusion of traditional Thai and modern style decor), staff service, food and drinks, and cleanliness. This is comparable with the Anantara Layan Resort but a bit cheaper and without the island just offshore.

    Anantara Layan – This is a stunning 5-star resort with its own beach, and is located remotely away from other resorts and shopping. Some complain it’s too remote. Be careful what you ask for! This lovely resort is on the beach and has large rooms and expansive grounds. Service, food, cleanliness, and maintenance all get very high marks. Is there another hotel in Phuket that gets 4.9 out of 5 on Google Business? You’ll more than likely love it here if you want to be far from other things in Phuket. Bonus – There is a small island about 500 meters long that you can sometimes walk to during low tides.

    During low season, you can get rooms for around 9,000 THB per night.
